Look at the cards, it seems to be quite strong combination indeed.Use Punish the weak and then attack the weakest hero with shadow dragon.
Provided you roll 2 surges you get quite a hefty damage bonus (up to 5) on everybody.
I agree that it costs a lot of threat so it is not so OP all things considered, but it is very strong at least.
Too add the insult to the injury, you can easily combine with Frenzy, Dark Might or Blood lust to make it quite insane.
It is srong on ice wyrms too.
Aurium Plating is perhaps even worse as it gives unneeded upgrade to Hybrid Sentinels and makes Nagas quite strong (and Bane Spiders quite useful, truth to be told).
