We're about to start our first campaign this week, and whoever ends up playing Overlord should have access to all of the lieutenant packs from the base game.

So, what I am wondering about is how useful Agents are (I know there has been a lot of debate on this), and I would like to hear people's actual experiences with Agents - ie not conjecture, but a recounting of what happened when you sucked it up and bought the Agent card, paid out your threat and threw the Agent into an encounter.
