Hi guys,A group of friends and I have been playing through the original Descent campaign. We are having a great time so far, but notice the quests can vary quite a bit on how much we enjoy them. Our last chance to play we played the interlude quest. We had an absolute blast, it lasted a while and could not have come down to the wire more than it did, with wild swings back and forth. We then played the next quest in ACT II and it almost feels like a let-down. The first part ended in like 10-15 minutes and was basically a dice race.
I have already purchased the Shadow of Nerekhall expansion because I saw it one sale. My question is, are the quests in Nerekhall more like the interlude for the base campaign? The maps all seem to be a lot larger, similar to the interlude. I'm really hoping they are considering how much fun we had with interlude.
