I'm considering getting this as my first dungeon crawler, but I'm not fond of "collectible games". I've noticed that there are many (dozens!?) ezpansions for Descent. This is the kind of band wagon that I don't want to jump in.Now back to the title of the post. As a standalone game, is the core set enough?
