I tried to make this "iffy" at best to being balanced but I realize her ability is at best over-powered; with some huge flaws if you miss the check.
Also, the feat is ridiculous but hey, they're suppose to be. It probably shouldn't include movement as well but meh. I don't care. Valeera is my Bae.
