I recently picked up quite a bit of Descent 2nd edition stuff from my FLGS to play with my daughter which I’m quite looking forward to. Unfortunately, we haven’t opened any of it yet as we’re still playing Massive Darkness (as a gateway game for her) but she’s been asking me if you can charm/control monsters in Descent. I quickly looked through the rules but couldn’t find anything, so I’m assuming this isn’t possible other than being able to summon familiars. She has it in her head that she is going to charm a dragon and use it to kill all the other monsters...just curious if that’s possible without custom rules.
