Thread: Descent: Journeys in the Dark (Second Edition):: General:: Beefing up Monster Count?

Hey!

So I have a question for you Descent veterans. What's the most 'cost effective' way to increase the monster count in this game? Is it buying all the boxed content, or would you assume the heroes/monster packs are best?
