I saw the FFG promo trailer for this game and I liked it so much that I want to get it considering that I never seen or played the first descent

And would I be able to play this game solo?

What will be the difficulty rating on this game?; I played games like DOOM, Betrayal at the House on the Hill, World of Warcraft the adventure game...ETC, solo and I did had some trouble
