There's currently an odd situation with regards to Descent's conversion kit content ...The Heroes and Monsters packs have re-released all the old monsters and most of the heroes. However, it doesn't seem likely that we'll get more physical product for a while.
That leaves the following heroes without new sculpts ...

Landrec the Wise
Mad Carthos
Red Scorpion
Varikas the Dead
Brother Glyr
Aurim
Eliam
Kirga
Laughin Buldar
Hugo the Glorious

So ...
Any advice for proxies on these particular heroes from the 1e kit?
