Need help - fairly new to Descent 2nd Edition, playing campaign. I have a Ispher Bard ( I think I'm not using my Concentration+Understudy combo optimally ), a Dwarf and a Treasure Hunter. We won the first encounter and one optional encounter and the rest we've been annihilated, like I can't figure out what we could've done differently to win. Last night, we were fighting the Ettin. Well, how are we supposed to get out if we have to avoid the Goblins getting our hair locks? We can't pick up a hair lock ourselves, so all they need is one fail on a boulder hit ( easy to fail ) and then run up and grab one - we kill the goblin, just another runs up, picks it up and runs. I don't see how this encounter can be won. And the timer encounters suck hind tit, really - no way enough time to get the objective completed, let alone have time to pick up any treasure. Man, I'm at a loss. Any help is appreciated.↧
