I have now played descent a few times. First few times was with the overlord I controlled. Then with the road to legends app. I only own the base game but this has become my favorite game and I like both modes. I can see myself playing the app version alot more though since I love coops.With that said I have a love hate relationship with expansions of games. The ones that add a lot of new depth also require more rules readings and memorization. Also with minis games how many minis is too many? It's a catch 22 for me, I like the variability of enemies but I recently played a mansion's 2nd edition Game with a lot of expansions and it took forever to find the right minis. It just bogged everything down.
So just curious do you own all the content? Do the large expansions change ge the rules up so much you need to memorize minutia? How do you sort everything to find it quickly when playing?
