Are they usually this horrible? I ordered nearly $200 worth of stuff when they had a restock earlier this month. Placed the order January 5th. Still has not shipped. I emailed support, two days later they responded that it's "still pending to be shipped shortly". I emailed them yesterday to just cancel the order. No answer. I call them and get the answering machine. I've waited so long that the credit card hold was refunded.I could never imagine running a business this way, lol.
