I have been obsessed with making custom organizers for my game boxes. Finally got around to descent and this was the most complicated one by far. Took a good 16 hours. Lots of trays that pull out and little compartments.

-Pic one is all of it neatly assembled.
-pic two is with the character cards removed, revealing a hidden token storage compartment.
-pic 3 shows the main card and token tray removed, revealing the dungeon tile storage underneath. The walls on this storage compartment are narrower so the tray above rests on all four walls.
-pic 4 shows the hero and damage token tray removed, revealing the larger monster storage beneath.
-pic 5 shows the small monster tray removed, revealing the dragon storage underneath. This tray slots into two locking pegs in the box so it doesn’t slide around and hit the miniatures of the giants, nice and secure!
-pic 6 shows the box rotated, only one compartment left.
-pic 7 shows the dice and door stand compartment the slides up and out of the small space in the corner. This is fully removable but I left it partially in for the sake of the picture.
-pic 8 is just an attempt to show the slotting system of the small monster tray above the dragon storage. There is a notch cut out on both sides of the underside of the tray, and they line right up with the pegs on top of the dragon storage compartment.

Really happy with how this turned out. It was a struggle maximizing the box space and still keeping things organized and separated. Now I have the Trollfens expansion coming in the mail that I will be doing this to as well.
