I've read in more than one place that the average game quest length is 60 minutes, or 30 minutes per encounter. In my experience, this isn't even slightly true.I've played with several different groups, and one group we've finished the main campaign several times already. We only ever get to play 1 quest a night, however, due to the game length. I would say the average quest takes 2.5 hours for us, or 1 hour per encounter plus setup and packup time.
