The Quest Guide contains the following blurb on Public Information:"These quests are all written with the assumption that all players know all the rules and victory conditions - in short, unless noted, none of the information is secret."
I'm curious what everyone else's take on this is. As a hero player, I would prefer to be surprised by what will happen in the second encounter of each quest. So have you all been going over both the first and second encounter rules and victory conditions before starting, or do you treat each encounter seperate?
There are a few other things that I've noticed (like what happens when some of the lietenents are "defeated") where it seems like it would be more thematic if the heroes didn't find out until it happened.
Anyway, I'm just looking for some conversation from those of you that have played the game (I've only played First Blood and The Fat Goblin so far) on what you think of this topic.
