I want to buy a few lieutenant packs, but there is not a lot of specific information available concerning each one individually.So, I was wondering which lieutenant packs people preferred and why. (I think Splig looks fun - and so does Valyndra. But I can't find any details about their plots or other special cards.)
Any info would be appreciated! Thanks, as usual!
