Hey guys,I just picked up this game after much research and i think my gaming group is going to love it.. however, they do prefer to use items instead of cardboard tokens..
For example, we use Sheep/Wood/brick/stone meeples for playing Catan and some character meeples for Smash-Up counters.. we have even replaced the Cars and "objective tokens" in zombiecide with minuature cars and meeples that are X's..
They just like the physical objects better then cards and cardboard tokens.
I was wondering if you guys have any ideas where I can pick up some things to replace some of Decent's cardboard tokens..
I was thinking it might be neat to have an actual treasure chest sitting in a room that might give treasure.. or some Heart tokens to replace the damage ones.. Actual doors instead of the stand ups, ect. Im not looking to replace the board with a full plastic one or anything, but just some of the little things to give that ambiance.
We are just getting into this game as mentioned, so Im not familiar what people do for these in other RPG games, or resources on the web of where to buy things like this.
