I am planning on buying the core set (have never played), and I would like to buy another thing that would help me as overlord create a more difficult experience for the players, I have read many reports of heroes progressing faster than the overlord and eventually steamrolling the final phases of the campaign, Also my gaming group is very rpg-saavy and I am sure they will come up with great strategies.So what should I buy? A monster pack to have more monster choices? A lieutenant? Also, can I use a lieutenant in the main core set campaign if said lieutenant is from for example trollfens? I am also scared of adding a small box campaign through rumors because that might make them more strong!
