Been reading many of the LOS issue threads here -Question for all of you - in Descent, as long as the OL and the Heros interpret/apply the LOS rules the same, does it really affect the game balance?
Ie, if the game were played center to center, and both OL and heros played it that way, would it change the balance?
I ask this because many times, the wife and I come across LOS problems in other games (SDE is corner to corner too) - and we just say "F" it, simplify or alter the LOS just enuf to make [more] sense to us and move on. Most games, at least for us, this hasn't created a noticeble difference overall. How about with Descent 2nd Ed?
