I'm really excited to crack this one out and play a campaign with some of my friends. Thought I have run into one problem, I have several groups of friends that would like to play, but the game only supports 5 players. Okay so I'll just run a second campaign with a second group of friends at some point. But there is only one campaign in the base game, I know it can play out differently, but I worry it might be too samey to run two campaigns at the same time with the small amount of content in the base game.So that being said, is there anyone out there that's played the campaign multiple times? And do you think it's worth multiple playthroughs?
Secondly I do own everything for Descent version 1 so I could use the huge amount of content to play some one off quests with another group, my only problem is that Descent 1.0 is a wall of rules and errata that's not very easy to teach to newcomers. Any suggestions for version 1 games, or should I just stick with 2nd edition?
