Is it possible to run a campaign without using any of the 2nd Edition heroes or monsters? That may seem a strange question, so let me explain.I'm a 1st Edition owner and I'm thinking about buying the 2nd Edition and Conversion Kit. I don't allow anything on the board that isn't painted. And I take a long time to paint
. And I want to play now 
.So that is why I'm asking if it is possible to run a campaign without using any of the 2nd Edition heroes or monsters. I'm guessing you can use only 1st Edition heroes no problem. But I wouldn't be surprised if some of the adventures require 2nd Edition monsters.
I'd also be interested to hear peoples' thoughts about the Conversion Kit (how well thought out it is, if it seems playtested for balance, and how unique the monsters and heroes feel).
